Shop frontThe shop front. Wherever the world meets the business.
Customers, search engines and AI assistants all meet the business through Simma. The website, the Google listing, the answer an AI assistant gives, the email address, the phone number, the till and the customer portal are built from the one record, in the business's own name. Change something once, and every face of the business changes with it.

However a customer arrives, it's the same business behind the counter.
Most small businesses have a different tool behind every door: a website builder, a Google profile, an inbox, a phone, a till and a booking app. On Simma, every door opens onto the same record.
Talked to
Every way someone gets in touch, day or night.
Email, on its own addressPhoneSimmi, the business's AIOne inbox for all of itThe shop front is the part a business keeps. Its domain, its reviews, the email address customers already have and the history behind every answer grow in value the longer it holds them. On Simma they belong to the business, not to eight separate accounts.
The business's record, everywhere customers look.
Most small businesses keep their Google profile, their website and their booking system in three places, and at least one of them is wrong. On Simma there's one record, and everything the world sees is built from it.

Connect Google once. The listing looks after itself.
For a local business, the Google Maps listing is often the most-seen page it has, and the most out of date. The owner signs in to Google once, and from then on the listing is maintained from Simma.
Being built: the sync is written and pushes details, hours and closures automatically; connecting to Google is being switched on. See Status.
Business details
Name, address, phone and website, updated on Google the moment they change in Simma.
Hours & closures
Opening hours, bank holidays and special closures, so Google never says "open" when the door is locked.
Photos
The best pictures from the Library, so the listing shows this year's studio, not 2019's.
News & offers
Blog posts and offers published as Google updates, drafted by Maya and approved by the owner.
Reviews
New Google reviews land in the Inbox within minutes, and replies go back to Google from there.
Built for search from the first page.
Every page Simma publishes carries the structure search engines look for: the business type, location, opening hours, FAQs and products in schema.org markup, plus titles, descriptions and social previews. Job adverts carry Google for Jobs markup, so a vacancy appears in Google's job search.
- LocalBusiness schema: the right type for each trade, with address, hours and location
- FAQ and product markup: eligible for rich results
- Titles, descriptions, canonical links: on every page, by default
- Social previews: every link shared looks right
- Sitemaps: for every crawler (being fixed: today they list pages only, not posts or products; see Status)
"Is there a beginners' reformer class near Leith on Thursday evening?"
Written so AI assistants get it right.
More and more customers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity instead of searching. Every Simma site publishes an llms.txt, a plain summary of the business, its services and products for AI to read, and names the AI crawlers it welcomes. The answer comes from the business's own record, so it's the right one.
Being built: llms.txt is verified on development and reaches production at the next release. See Status.
One address. One number. One conversation.
Email goes out from the business's own address and replies come back into Simma. Calls land on the customer's record, so the next person to help knows what was said. With Simmi's chats and the business's social accounts, it all arrives in one inbox, one conversation per person.
Live: one-to-one email, sent and received. Being built: calls to the customer record, and email campaigns. See Status.
- hello@northlightstudio.co.uk: sent and received in Simma, filed to the customer
- A phone number: every call on the customer's record
- Simmi: the business's AI, answering from the real timetable
- One inbox: every channel, one conversation per person
It knows when the world has the wrong idea.
Simma knows what's true inside the business and what the world is being shown. So it can see when the two drift apart.

Maya keeps the business visible. Charlie answers the reviews.
Maya, the marketing agent, keeps the Google profile fresh with posts and photos. Charlie, the customer agent, drafts a reply to every review. Nothing is published without the owner's approval. Meet the agents →
